Dear patients,
We remain at your disposal even in those difficult times. Careful hygiene measures to protect patients, our staff and ourselves is a given in the professional field of Surgery and we certainly intend to keep it that way. However, we have prepared ourselves for Covid-19 by introducing additional protective equipment and an adapted hygiene management.

When entering the practice, please wear an FFP2 mask.

Since a number of patients have canceled their treatment visits, we have adjusted our opening hours to meet the current needs. If you already have an appointment, we will contact you by phone to align further, if you would like to come to us spontaneously, please call to make an appointment beforehand.

We removed the magazines in our waiting room and set up the seating with the appropriate safety distance.

We kindly ask all accompanying persons who are not needed for the treatment to wait outside the practice, we would be happy to call you at the end of the treatment. (Exceptions: accompanying small children or people with disabilities, interpreters).

In order to reduce the transmission risk, we will ask you the following additional questions:

  1. Have you been tested for Corona in the last few days?
  2. If yes, what was the result of the test?
  3. Have you had contact with a person who has tested positive for Corona in the past 2 weeks?
  4. Have you been in a risk area or an area particularly affected by Corona in the past 2 weeks?
  5. Do you currently have a cough, fever, runny nose, sore throat, an odor or taste disorder?

If you answered any of these questions with "YES", please let us know when you make an appointment!

A central emergency care for patients with corona infections has been organized by the KZV organized. More information can be found here: www.kzv-berlin.de/patienten/notdienst/coronavirus-notdienst
